6. Delivery

We offer delivery within the United States. Announced delivery times are between 5 to 9 business days from the date of dispatch. While we strive to meet these timelines, we are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within a 14-day period from the date of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

The arbitration shall take place in Amarillo, Texas. The language of arbitration shall be English.
